That's a good question. BNSF did inherit a few odd schemes, such as Grienstein Green & Cream, the BNSF Warbonnet Red / Silver scheme, and the 1991 Patriotic Red / White / Blue SD 60.
The Executive F - Units were a variation of Green & Cream.
