Watch between 6:21 and 12:12 in the video to see a Geep painted in "SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA" paint on the historic CCT CO. mainline. How did this unit get to the Lodi side? What is the power situation on that shortline for them to need this engine? Surprised this loco's arrival didnt make news here. Thx.
