So? It hasn't turned a wheel in years, and has not been equipped with PTC, so even if it did get out it would have to trail.

Mr. Wonderful in Cheyenne (king of the right armrest and whistle cord)is sitting on it along with the E9s in hopes UP will retire all 4.

They embarrass him as did 3985. He couldn't claim credit for any of them, so they have to go.
