The UP has a page on crude terminal facilities on its website that lists the Plains facility in Levee on the SJVR [www.up.com] It gives the maximum capacity as 104 cars. However, a search on Google earth shows a great deal of track at that site. It looks like the road power must be used to switch the trains. Do SJVR crews handle these trains on their trackage, or what?
