Cool video but what was shown was not a "dutch" drop, just a simple drop or a "flying switch". In a dutch drop, a car or cars are cut off in motion, then the engine runs ahead over a switch, stops and has to reverse direction into the diverging track to get out of the way of the approaching cars that were cut off. A tricky maneuver to be sure. At least that was what I was always taught was a "dutch drop".
