Does BVRR own or lease tracks formerly used by Amtrak's Pioneer into Boise? Old articles mention a lease-purchase agreement for some properties but I don't know what property that applies to. Is BVRR a potential obstacle to future Amtrak trains into Boise?

Yeah I know, "Google is your friend", but I don't have all summer to research this, so hopefully no one is offended if I ask the questions here.
