Yes, it is true that PGR is looking to leave Watsonville. In Nov/2019, PGR needed to refinance due to high interest rate loans. The lending bank required PGR to bring back Lon VanGemert to right the ship. He has slashed cost and identified operations that are not profitable and need to be cancelled. Watsonville was on the list even before the COVID-19.
