Saw A New Bart Train Car On Hwy880 Yesterday...

I was driving on highway 880 South yesterday around 1pm, when I came upon a brand new Bart train car being hauled on a flatbed trailer. No doubt heading to the Bart yard in Union City for delivery. Does anyone know what state the new trains are built in?
