As noted in the link, Espee would re - use the Pacific Limited train numbers 21 & 22 for their Oakland - Ogden mail trains, often unofficially called The Overland Mail. These last mail trains on Southern Pacific Lines would run until November 1967, a month after the Post Office Department cancelled the contracts.
