BNSF building new flyover near Truxton AZ?

Anybody got the goods on the new BNSF flyover being built near the east end of Crozier canyon?

Apparently, there's too many trains on the former ATSF transcon to reliably shuffle right-side traffic to the left-side for Gallup Sub (and vice versa) at Winslow AZ. This natural flyover (overpass/underpass) will be similar in design to the one that was at Pineveta/Gleed (bypassed with the Crookton cutoff line change).
