One more item: The foreman told me the track crew work one week and replaced by a second crew. Yesterday, the track equipment was still at the Newell Grain Growers siding. I think the new crew will start up after the fourth of July weekend. By the way, the plant will be using sawdust, wood chips, and bark for the fuels--not whole trees. That would not be allowed in environmentally oriented Oregon!
