You are absolutely right. The link you provided in your message doesn't work. But it's not the same as the link provided in Trainnews (about 40% down the page).

Note that the ending of your (non-working) link has the string "might", which is missing from the end of Trainnews' (working) link. When that "might" is removed, your link works.
