When the time comes, hopefully before 2030, with electric doodlebugs running from Watsonville to the West Side, how will the whole line be signaled? Will whatever remaining freight and hopeful excursions be banished to the late night hours like the NWP?

Or will there be a slew of FRA exemptions pertaining to Roaring Camp's Boardwalk access?
