Nudge,

I'm basing my assumptions off of SMART's single track construction and mandated PTC. Since the RTC is planning on 60 trains a day on single track with live switch connections to the Coast Line and Roaring Camp, some form of "safe" signaling is needed. My only hope is that Santa Cruz doesn't take the "SMART"-pill and overly engineer their branch line to feed the typical transit revolutionary consultants i.e. SPUR.
