Thats only half the size of the Newhall Land development (right where Espee’s old Piru branch used to roll) mowing down the hills now behind Magic Mountain, and they tried to stop that with the same tactics. Arroyo spotted toads, blue tipped moths, and affordable housing have no useful purpose when it comes to the top 10%‘ers. Developer (Corporate) money and sell out politicians at your service!
