Well;

The WEBX cars were obviously cut off at/near Oakland and will be cut off again at Denver. The FRA/DOTX car was added to the southbound Starlight. So much for "terminal to terminal only".

When the WEBX cars got to LA they had to wait for a Surfliner that originated there. The returning train Friday had to end at LA too. It was delayed 40 min leaving San Diego, maybe due to adding the cars?

It would be sweet if those yammering railfans would go to the Amtrak site and find the "real" rules. They are boring ang long, read them, and then tell us facts instead of BS.
