From what I can grasp troubles with a contractor and they are looking for a replacement.

The pylons with rusty rebars make one thing of the Crazy Train to Palmdale but with the difference that Sao Paulo has a huge public transit use and Fresno not so much to say the least.

Good luck with the link; O Globo is a bit tricky to negotiate.
