Winterail--is there going to be a mailing?

I've heard that the mailing for Winterail tickets (sent to those who have bought tickets in the past) was delayed, but I'm wondering if there will be a mailing at all. I'm concered because I already see ads for Winterail in railfan magazines. I don't mind waiting for the flyer to arrive, but I don't want to miss out on a ticket. Anybody know?
