Is that why? If they move the main IM terminal inland, they'll have to resurrect the IM project near the port; at the moment BNSF loads are drayed to Hobart. If necessary, buy out the people and schools that are too close, and use Tesla e-trucks for the short dray off the docks. Or is BNSF going to be the main user of the new on-dock stuff?
