And really, it's just one more. Look at the line between Ukiah and Willits, over the hill, in Google and you'll see that nearly all of the trestles and many of the fills/culverts are gone (burnt or washed out, many with rails hanging in the air), at least south of the summit. No way is that railroad ever reopening; it would take a total resurrection of the logging industry (which ain't gonna happen) to generate even nearly enough traffic to pay for it.

Didn't somebody burn down a bridge near Cloverdale recently too? Does somebody have a real hate for the former railroad?
