I remember Denny Anspach as one of the founders of Motorcar Operators West in 1992 . This was the first west coast motorcar club to gain overall acceptance with regional and shortline railroads with a operating rulebook and insurance. Denny and his wife rode their motorcar on many excursions. Denny always seemed friendly and approachable.
