This is a nation-wide problem, and can't be solved unless the root issue of why the "homeless" exist and how must local governments deal with that. Anyone interested in the subject should watch "Seattle is Dying" video to understand what works and doesn't work. Virtually all liberal-run cities have failed due to approaching the problem the wrong way. The problem doesn't go away by simply moving the people.
