Of course they won't in most cases, because US vs. China is not a binary choice. Companies will go to Mexico, Thailand, India, etc. because they want the lowest cost. (And most of our consumers want the lowest price, regardless of where something comes from.) But the doofus in the White House does not understand that. He is NOT a businessman, he is an investor and a bad one at that.
