Evaro Hill would seem to be the route of choice. As long as there aren't any collisions with the the loaded Gas Local. That would put an end to everything real quick.

Homestake is a real mess. Large boulders fallen on the old RofW.

Bypassing Helena, Montana's Capitol, would hardly be politically expedient.
