Not likely. The substation in Sumner, WA., next to the Union Pacific line, has an uncertain history. However, it is several miles away from any line of The Puget Sound Electric Rwy.
The Puget Sound Electric's mainline did run South from Seattle, down the Renton - Kent - Auburn Valley to Algona, WA., where it turned West and went up Jovita Cyn. through Milton ( where the Rwy's backer owned real estate ), then descended down through Fife along Pacific Hwy. to Tacoma. A branchline to Puyallup ran Southeast from the mainline at Fife, right by today's Pick - Quick Burgers. Neither line ran through Sumner.
Much of the PSE Rwy. Right of Way survives as today's Interurban Trail.
