Well turd can do as turd sees fit.

Hertigae rail is in bankruptcy and turd still owns it. Turd is also getting $$$$ together to buy the SL&RG.

Simple plan------rack up $15,000,000 in debt, go bankrupt buy it back for less than the debt, use heritgae owned equipment to run choo choo trains, dust of the guitar and start all over again.
