Each passenger car has four compartments with each seating four adults. The current plan would be to seat in every other compartment with wipe down between each run. Basically running at 50% capacity. Both the railroad and carousel are lumped into the county's "amusement" Covid category and would be the last category to reopen under the required health protocols.

With last month's devastating fire at the Swanton Pacific Railroad, the Billy Jones's fleet of six passenger cars are the currently the only operable Overfair style cars from the Panama-Pacific Exposition of 1915. Sadly, the remaining intact Overfair cars at Swanton were lost in the fire. The Billy Jones's cars utilize original Overfair hardware supplemented with new wood.
