Golden Spike Tower...Great News!!

Hi all,

I just got some great news in the mail. I received a letter from the Golden Spike Tower & Visitor Center in North Platte, NE. They received the financing on Jan 12th and the permit to begin building was secured Jan 23rd. It looks like this "dream" will finally become a reality. They are shooting for a completion date of summer 2008. I cannot wait to see what this project looks like; I have been hoping that they would finally be able to cut through all the problems that have come up.
