the Portland - Seattle corridor needs more passenger trains....the Point Defiance Bypass was designed to help make this happen. This need will will return once this damn virus is under control. While I agree that the opening was not well managed and the crash was VERY sad...that does not have anything to do with the need. Open it now and get folk used to seeing trains....Arlen
