And what about the Air Pollution Control Board handing PG&E a statutory monopoly on heating on the coldest nights of the year? You'd think they would enforce an antitrust discount on the nights they require the public to use PG&E under threat of fines. But nary a word out of our nanny-staters. They are too busy opposing casinos that might actually employ somebody.
