Funny -

The FRA will write you up for allowing trespassers on the railroad right-of-way.

OSHA will nail you for letting the public wander through a construction zone.

Those "trespassers" will be the first to sue for big bucks if they are in any way injured or inconvenienced.

A cousin lucked out and was invited to visit southern Africa with his family last year. They said all the big tourist attractions aren't surrounded by fences and warning signs. If you fall off a cliff looking at the waterfall or get eaten by a lion, it's just assumed to be Darwin's theory being proven or you were just very unlucky.

Wanna bet if they ever get to build the bypass tunnels under the bluffs they will be forced to allow the tracks to be used as a bike path too?

There are many reason's I don't live in Kalifornia any more.....
