Was this trackage originally connected at the East end to the CCT?

Was the connection on the West end added when it became impractical to serve via Stockton?

Is the UP line to the West the former WP?

I regret that I included the comment about learning the Port trackage. It was intended to refer to the training of new CCT employees; not to railfans as you may have read it.
