It feels like the amount taxpayers have "gifted" to the POTB is in the THOUSANDS per railcar moved since they reopened the line. Perhaps CORP was right is abandoning it. It's life support if year-after-year they have to secure more FREE MONEY in order the keep the POTB going.

It's not like there is a growing industrial future along the line. If there was, the growing carload count would support the investment in the infrastructure at the POTB's expense and/or risk.
This line feels more like Alaska Bridge to Nowhere. Millions and millions spent on something whose needs are questionable.
