This slip out is at Martin; the East Portal of Stampede Pass Tunnel starts behind the concrete snowshed pictured. One main track, with concrete ties, & a set out track. By the looks of the mud & rock on the intact track, in appears that Mosquito Creek, which normally flows under the snowshed, took a new route out thru the snowshed. The big issue is that Mosquito creek is 120' or more below the tracks at the point of the washout. Could require quite a bit of fill to rebuild.
