Scott, you are lucky indeed to have dined in a Fred Harvey Hotel!

I missed them (too young), but spent many a happy lunch hour at the Music Center Restaurant in L.A. when it was run by the Fred Harvey Company.

There's a nice approximation of the Harvey style at La Posada in Winslow. Well worth the trip.
