GGT didn't have funds for Highway 101 improvements at the time it was previously discussed nor did Marin County. If such a bus lane were to be constructed, funding would need to appear out of thin air.

The same was true when the subject of High Occupancy Vehicle(HOV)/Car Pool/Toll Lanes was discussed for 101 in Marin County. No Bucks, No Buck Rogers.
