Like what projects, for example?

With no 2020 steam operations at all and unlikely there will be any in 2021, and no diesel projects at all, what would you suggest "new projects" they should be doing?

You may not know that the crew has now been cut down to 3 people, since they have nothing to do. One wonders what even that group has to do.

Of course, back in the 1980s and 1990s the crew of 4 they had then managed to get a lot done.

But, that was then and this is now.
