SD40-2s are yard power now?

Last night I saw a northbound at UP's North Yards in Salt Lake. The last unit was a rebuilt SD40-2, with reporting marks UPY 4xx (don't remember the last two digits). UPY are UP's yard units.

I must be getting old...
