Thirty years ago, 70-tonner 5100 cuts diagonally across the intersection of SE Bell and SE Johnson Creek Blvd in Portland. Samuels was dismantling the Portland Traction Company line to Boring. The store in the background was the actual Bell Station on the old PTC.
