You just made another rung toward Principal Planner, for providing actual information...

Interesting read, in the long and twisted policy saga of the NWP as a public investment...

But, the merits of having SMART "take back" public operation of freight, versus a private sector contractor (or even the current private contractor???) to operate the freight service, remains a veiled mystery to me...? All of this part of the spiel is very interesting.

Have I been noting a potential change in SMART management, organizational/relationships structure, and direction with the inclusions of the CMA Director in all of these NWP discussions? How much political overlap and related authority is there between the two "agencies" Boards is there?

SMART? Maybe, not so much as one might like to see.... But, boring and predictable? Never...
