What sidings are getting CTC?

The state is paying to upgrade Goleta to Guadalupe to CTC. Guad to SLO later. Trainodors that can't read argue why UP won't improve the line because potato. The state is paying for it, move on.

What sidings will be upgraded to CTC, and what will be left unsignaled? Surf station is getting a 2nd platform.

Further south Carpinteria is getting a short siding and another platform. Somewhere between Santa Barbara and Ventura will get a long siding. Maybe 2 miles long. Somewhere between Ventura and Los Posas will get either a new long siding or a siding extension.
