BNSF 9301 or 9501 at CEECO in new Bright Blue Paint!

Driving by CEECO, there was BNSF unit 9301 or 9501, sorry went by fast...

It is in BRIGHT BLUE paint, but the prime mover is not in it, there was a tarp over that section.

This is the locomotive that showed up at CEECO last year (May or so?) that was the Siemens AC Technology unit. It had that logo on the side.

Feel free to correct any info on this. Since I didn't have a cam or the time to stop.
