UP derailment with Haz Mat at Goshen Jct 11/24/20

Does anyone know what was the cause of the derailment on Nov.24th
at Goshen Junction ?
MRVWC had Butane and Hydrochloric acid leak from the Tank cars and
Highway 99 was partially closed.

Any Roseville and Bakersfield crews here know? BLE62??
