• Zoom in until you can see the area around SP's West Oakland wye where the main track makes a large arc from the Martinez Sub to the Niles Sub.

• The thin dark area to the southeast of the wye is the diesel locomotive facility. To the left of the other side of the yard leads is a dark-colored rectangular building. That's the roof of the West Oakland System Maintenance of Way Shop. After it was demolished, the area was graded and became a parking and area for piggyback trailers and chassis.
