Read management's flawed line of reasoning in the quote below. This director says because SF is a "wealthy" city, that public sector workers should never get laid off. Oh really??? He sounds more like a labor union leader than an agency director, doesn't he?

Maybe the public should be outraged for this public sector featherbedding.
