More third rail comments

On and off ramps are critical; receiving inspection and TLC; spare parts always available.
They thoroughly test the paddles, and their mounts on the bogies.

Visited, thru a fence, with an OCS maintenance crew-member in Germany. They "owned" this junction - on Sunday.
