My reference to "low hanging fruit" was to the portion next to the highway and readily accessible between Banks and Buxton ( 7 miles +/- ) which is all 110 lb or larger and would go a long way in rehabbing smaller privately owned short lines like our Molalla Branch which has had O public funding in our 28+ years of existence.
