I was reading about Howard Terminal the other day and it is listed, in the U.S. Corps of Engineers' thing on ports in 1963 as having rail connections to the SP and ATSF. So there's that, but who knows right?

I found a trainorders post that claimed that ATSF had rights over the Hanlon lead to the Howard Terminal--probably the Grove St. pier entrance to the terminal.
