The OT came west out of its own yard, which was that small yard on the south side of the Key System's tracks, briefly joined the Santa Fe track south of the rail/road bridge over the Key System underpass, and used the single slip switch to go over the fly-over. The Santa Fe came down the same track from the north end of the bridge and used the same single slip switch to enter its Wood St yard (but not to go over the flyover). The SP connection to this switch from electric 6 went to the Wood St yard. As I recall, and it been several decades, the move which couldn't be made was between electric 6 and the flyover.
I'd like to post illustrations because "one picture is worth a thousand words". However, unlike trainodors, this site requires linking to urls for images posted on photo repository sites. I'm not about to set up an account for this in order to post images once every six months (or more). This has to do with operating system and browser compatibilities vis a vis the M$-inspired game of perpetual upgrades and security patches which can be encountered with those sites. My system works just fine for my purposes, and I'm not about to climb on the merry-go-round of computer centrifugal bumble-puppy. I have an installation of an earlier version of my operating system which dates to 1987. Although I don't routinely use it anymore, it still works just fine.
