This is great news for the families of the crew (as was noted). That whole accident, and the chain of events which caused it, was criminally incompetent. And then those responsible investigated themselves for it.... And, maybe lied or covered up something...? I'm just shocked, that people investigating themselves for screwing up like this could or would ever do something that...

So now, I guess that we'll now see if the revealed and alleged behavior to cover up that obvious incompetence was a criminal act or not.
